Desa Sebarra, Kamis 14 Juli 2022. Staf Pemerintah desa (Pemdes) Sebarra bersama masyarakat luas lahan seluas kurang lebih 2 hektar di kawasan dusun Senunuk untuk pembangunan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Parindu.
Kerja bakti tersebut diarahkan langsung oleh kepala desa Sebarra Yosep Sudirman. Antusiasme masyarakat akan SMAN 1 Parindu terlihat pembangunan dengan semangatnya warga bergotong-royong kerja bakti bersama.
Informasi tambahan dari pengelola sekolah SMAN 1 Parindu Romy Tri Kurniawan, SS bahwa pihak pengelola sekolah masih memperpanjang masa pendaftaran atau siswa baru setelah dibagikan pengumuman penerimaan siswa-siswi.
Untuk saat ini pihak pengelola informasi baru 2 orang siswa yang sudah bergabung. Perlu diketahui SMAN 1 Parindu menerima siswa dengan syarat lulusan SMP walaupun bukan lulusan tahun ini, asalkan usia belum mencapai 21 tahun.
Kepala desa Sebarra Yosep Sudirman berharap pembangunan gedung SMAN 1 Parindu cepat terealisasi mengingat sistem penerimaan siswa-siswi 50% berbasis zonasi. Dengan begitu para pelajar dari desa Sebarra otomatis dekat dengan gedung sekolah sehingga orang tua peserta didik bisa hemat untuk biaya transportasi.
