Sebarra, Rabu 16 Agustus 2022 , besok Kamis 17 Agustus 2022 kita akan menyambut Hari Ulang Tahun Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke-77, maka sudah seharusnya kita mengibarkan bendera. Yosep Sudirman kepala desa Sebarra membagikan beberapa bendera kepada masyarakat yang disalurkan oleh Kesbangpol Sanggau.
Dasar hukum pemasangan bendera merah putih pada pasal 6 UU Nomor 24 Tahun 2009 adalah sebagai berikut:
- Memasangan bendera merah putih dilakukan pada waktu antara matahari terbit hingga matahari terbenam.
- Pemasangan dalam keadaan tertentu, pemasangan dapat dilakukan pada malam hari.
- Bendera merah putih wajib dikibarkan pada setiap peringatan Hari Kemerdekaan RI 17 Agustus oleh warga yang menguasai hak penggunaan rumah, gedung atau kantor, satuan pendidikan, transportasi umum, dan transportasi pribadi di seluruh wilayah NKRI
serta kantor perwakilan RI di luar negeri. - Dalam rangka pemasangan bendera merah putih di rumah, pemerintah daerah memberikan bendera kepada warga yang tidak mampu.
- Pengibaran bendera merah putih tidak hanya setiap 17 Agustus, bendera merah putih juga dikibarkan saat peringatan hari besar nasional atau peristiwa lain.
