Strategi pembangunan desa merupakan penerjemahan dari butir-butir visi dan misi agar bersifat implementatif dan konkret. Strategi dan arah kebijakan pembangunan Desa Sebarra diuraikan sebagai berikut:
- Strategi untuk Mewujudkan Misi Pembangunan yang Merata Disegala Bidang;
- Peningkatan ketersediaan, pemerataan dan aksesibilitas infrastruktur dasar.
- Pengarusutamaan prinsip-prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan ke seluruh bidang pembangunan.
- Strategi untuk Misi Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat;
- Penguatan implementasi birokrasi yang sehat dan bersih untuk pelayanan publik berkualitas.
- Peningkatan kualitas aparatur pemerintahan Desa.
- Strategi untuk Misi Melaksanakan aspirasi masyarakat yang diamanahkan;
- Peningkatan kapasitas dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan pengawasan pembangunan Desa.
- Peningkatan kapasitas dan partisipasi perempuan, kelompok disabilitas dan kelompok marjinal dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan pengawasan pembangunan Desa.
- Peningkatan capaian wajib belajar 9 tahun dan pelaksanaan wajib belajar 12 tahun.
- Peningkatan aksesibilitas terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas.
- Peningkatan efektifitas penanganan PMKS (Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial).
- Penyelenggaraan pelatihan kerja dan keterampilan.
- Optimalisasi perlindungan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pembinaan lembaga kemasyarakatan Desa.
- Optimalisasi perlindungan, pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pembinaan seni dan kebudayaan.
- Peningkatan toleransi, kesetaraan dan kerjasama antar umat beragama.
- Peningkatan upaya pencegahan dalam memelihara ketentraman, ketertiban dan keamanan lingkungan.
- Peningkatan kesadaran dan peran serta masyarakat dalam penegakan hukum.
- Penguatan sistem dan manajemen bencana di Desa.
- Peningkatan fasilitasi legalisasi tanah masyarakat.
- Peningkatan sistem ketahanan pangan mandiri dan berkelanjutan serta perbaikan kualitas konsumsi dan gizi masyarakat.
- Strategi untuk Mewujudkan Misi Pemerintahan Transparasi dan akuntabel;
- Akses informasi Rencana Kegiatan Pembangunan Desa, perkembangan kegiatan pembangunan yang sedang berlangsung serta capaian pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan.
- Tersosialisasinya IPPD (Informasi Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Desa) kepada masyarakat lewat kegiatan Musdes, Pertemuan Paguyuban RT, PKK, Gapoktan serta lembaga-lembaga Desa yang lainnya.
- Tersosialisasinya IPPD (Informasi Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Desa) kepada masyarakat lewat kegiatan pemasangan banner / baliho di Balai Desa.
ARAH KEBIJAKAN
Sesuai dengan amanat UU No. 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, tujuan pembangunan Desa adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa dan kualitas hidup manusia serta penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana Desa, membangun potensi ekonomi lokal , serta pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.
Disamping itu, pembangunan diarahkan pada upaya pengembangan pusat-pusat pertumbuhan untuk mendorong pengembangan perdesaan berkelanjutan yang memiliki ketahanan sosial, ekonomi, dan ekologi serta mendorong keterkaitan Desa- kota. Untuk mengetahui arah kebijakan pembangunan Desa Sebarra secara detail dijabarkan sebagai berikut:
- Arah Kebijakan untuk Mendukung Misi Pembangunan yang Merata Disegala Bidang;
- Membangun dan memantapkan infrastruktur yang berkualitas meliputi pembangunan sarana dan prasarana jalan, jembatan, perhubungan darat, perekonomian serta infrastruktur pendukung lainnya dengan tetap memperhatikan ruang terbuka hijau berlandaskan tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
- Meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana kesehatan.
- Meningkatkan akses rumah tangga terhadap rumah layak huni yang memenuhi komponen kelayakan terhadap sanitasi, air bersih dan listrik berkelanjutan.
- Meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas pemerintah Desa, pihak swasta dan masyarakat terhadap lingkungan hidup.
- Menanggulangi kerusakan, rehabilitasi dan memulihkan kerusakan lingkungan hidup.
- Menegakkan hukum di bidang lingkungan hidup baik hukum positif maupun hukum adat.
- Meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan dan pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang.
- Arah Kebijakan untuk Mendukung Misi Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat;
- Memperkuat manajemen kualitas layanan dan penerapan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik.
- Meningkatkan profesionalisme perangkat Desa.
- Meningkatkan kecakapan dalam perencanaan pembangunan Desa dan pengadministrasian data.
- Meningkatkan sistem manajemen kinerja yang efektif, andal, dan didukung dengan implementasi sistem integritas yang mapan.
