Desa Sebarra, pada tanggal 16 Agustus 2024, telah diterbitkan surat pemanggilan bagi staf Desa Sebarra untuk mengikuti pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas aparatur pemerintahan desa dan pengurus kelembagaan desa. Pelatihan ini diadakan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur dalam mengelola pemerintahan desa secara lebih profesional, demokratis, dan transparan. Pelatihan Angkatan 1 ini akan dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 21 hingga 24 Agustus 2024 di Hotel Borneo, Pontianak.
Tujuan Pelatihan
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memperkuat kemampuan aparatur pemerintahan desa dalam berbagai aspek penting, termasuk:
- Kebijakan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa – Mengupas kewenangan desa, sinergi antara pemerintahan desa dan lembaga-lembaga desa lainnya, kerjasama antar desa, dan administrasi pemerintahan.
- Penyusunan Peraturan di Desa – Meliputi teknik penyusunan naskah hukum dan kaidah pembentukan peraturan desa.
- Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa – Fokus pada penyelarasan perencanaan nasional dan daerah melalui RPJM Desa serta penyusunan RKP Desa.
- Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa – Mencakup kebijakan dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan desa.
- Pengembangan Kelembagaan Desa – Mengembangkan kelembagaan desa yang berkaitan dengan gerakan PKK dan posyandu.
- Kewirausahaan dan Pengembangan BUM Desa – Memfasilitasi pembentukan wirausaha desa dan pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa).
Rincian Pelatihan
Pelatihan ini melibatkan 732 peserta dari 183 desa di Kalimantan Barat, mencakup kabupaten seperti Sanggau, Sintang, Landak, dan Melawi. Sesi-sesi pelatihan akan dibawakan oleh tenaga pengajar yang berpengalaman, dengan harapan agar setiap peserta dapat memahami dan menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh untuk meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola di desa masing-masing.
Jadwal Kegiatan
Setiap hari pelatihan akan dimulai dengan sesi pembukaan dan dilanjutkan dengan materi-materi inti. Pada akhir pelatihan, diadakan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran serta penyusunan Rencana Kerja Tindak Lanjut (RKTL), yang berfungsi sebagai panduan implementasi di Desa Sebarra. Dengan mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan staf Desa Sebarra mampu berkontribusi secara maksimal dalam memajukan desanya, terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan, penyusunan peraturan, dan pengembangan kewirausahaan.
